Checking the box below means you have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions you can not sign up to the SpamDefy service.
You are agreeing to activate a service that will download your email messages from the designated email account to the SpamDefy server. Messages that are determined by SpamDefy (herein referred to as the "system") to be spam or to contain viruses will be automatically retained on the server until you log on to the administration area and decide what to do with them. After a period of 30 (thirty) days any messages that have not been unlocked will be automatically removed.
You agree that the email account details you have entered are valid and that you have the legal right to access email from this account.
You understand that the providers of this service may disclose the contents of spam email messages to third parties for use in identifying, blocking and filtering further unsolicited email.
You agree to waive, and will not assert, any claims against SpamDefy in connection with your access to or use of this system, including without limitation any claims based upon the deletion, misdirection or delay of your email and loss of or damage to your records or data. Due to the volatile nature of the Internet and its offerings, the accuracy of the performance of the system is not guaranteed by SpamDefy.
SpamDefy holds any passwords submitted on a secure server and agrees not to disclose or use these in any way other than to facilitate the proper running of the SpamDefy system.
SpamDefy will not disclose your account details to any third parties, unless legally obliged to do so by law.
